- Business address you enter. Used solely to fetch the corresponding Google reviews via the Google Places API.
- Anonymous usage analytics. Page views, browser type, country — no personally identifying information.
- Account & payment data (Pro only). Email address and billing details collected and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use information
- To generate and display your reviews widget
- To improve the service and fix bugs
- To process payments for paid plans
- To send essential service emails (e.g. payment receipts, security alerts)
3. Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and (after AdSense approval) for personalized advertising. You can opt out at any time — see our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Third-party services
We rely on the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Places API — fetches public review data
- Google AdSense — serves contextual advertising
- Stripe — processes payments for the Pro plan
5. Data retention
We retain anonymous analytics for up to 26 months. Account data is retained only while you have an active subscription; after cancellation, account data is deleted within 90 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@reviewswidgets.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's privacy
Google Reviews Widget Generator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
