By using Google Reviews Widget Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service to generate and embed Google Reviews widgets for any website you own or are authorized to modify. You may not use the Service to scrape, resell, or republish review data outside of the widget format we provide.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate widgets for businesses you do not own or represent
- Misrepresent or alter review content displayed by the widget
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or local laws
3. Subscription & payment
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal.
4. Refunds
If you are unhappy with the Pro plan within 14 days of your first charge, email us for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable but you may cancel future renewals.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
6. Intellectual property
All review content fetched via the Google Places API remains the property of its respective authors and Google. The widget code, design, and software belong to Google Reviews Widget Generator and are licensed to you for use on websites you own.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Reviews Widget Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and remove the widget from your site at any time.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
